Chantel Andrews (b. 1986) is a dedicated African American visual artist residing in the Inland Empire of Southern California. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Arts from California State University, San Bernardino.

In a world often casting black individuals in a negative light, Chantel's artistic mission is to illuminate the beauty and joy inherent in Black lives, capturing moments of celebration and resilience.

Chantel's artistic journey took a transformative turn when, as a stay-at-home mom, she rediscovered her childhood love for drawing and ventured into painting. Enrolling in art classes at her local community college reignited her passion, leading her to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts at California State University, San Bernardino.

As a mother to an African American daughter, Chantel is driven by the desire to provide representation in her art. She aims to instill in her daughter a deep appreciation for her cultural heritage, fostering self-love and empowerment.

Chantel's inspiration emanates from life experiences, the bonds of family and friends, and the beauty found in everyday life. Her work, often on a medium to larger scale, reflects a commitment to showcasing the richness and diversity of Black experiences.

Through her art, Chantel invites viewers to share in the joy and cultural significance embedded in her creations, fostering a positive narrative that resonates with audiences of all backgrounds.
